Silverfin Capital isn’t just a property manager — we are professional investors managing property assets for
performance, risk management, and long-term value.

Management Fees

Silverfin Capital provides full-service property management for a fee of 4%-8% of gross rental income, dependent on the size of the asset.

This fee covers the day-to-day management of the property, including tenant liaison, rent collection, oversight of maintenance and compliance, financial reporting, and general asset management to support the performance of the investment.

In addition, separate fees apply for specific transactional services, such as leasing activities and development management.
