Silverfin’s latest offer

Silverfin Capital Limited offers investors an opportunity, through a proportionate ownership scheme, to acquire a share of a beneficial interest in the land and building at 11 Kamo Road, Regent, Whangārei comprising of a Woolworths supermarket.

The entire Property is leased to General Distributors Limited (‘Woolworths’), a wholly owned subsidiary of Woolworths Group Limited, who operate a Woolworths supermarket from the site. Woolworths have owned and occupied the Property since 2014 and the Property is being purchased via a ‘sale and leaseback’ with
Woolworths entering into a new 10-year lease on settlement.

The property, located at 11 Kamo Road, Regent, Whangarei, consists of a 3,785m² supermarket on 11,952m² of freehold land with 177 carparks. 

This is one of the first stores to be re-branded from Countdown to Woolworths. It is a top performing store, with a strong online retail offer, which services the north Whangarei catchment. 

The offer is available to wholesale investors only (this includes eligible investors) and will be projected to deliver a 7% p.a. pre-tax cash return (forecast to 31/03/2026). The minimum investment is $50,000. 

This offer is limited to persons who are wholesale investors for the purposes of the offer in terms of clause 3(2) or 3(3)(a) of Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
